As evening falls, head up Mount Phou-Si for breathtaking panoramic views of the Mekong and Khan rivers. Afterward, take a leisurely stroll along the peaceful Mekong promenade or explore the lively Hmong Night Market.

Luang Prabang offers plenty of dining options—whether you prefer a riverside café or a fine restaurant, you’ll enjoy the city’s delicious cuisine.

AM: In the early morning, you can witness or take part in the Tak Bat, a traditional alms-giving ceremony in the streets of Luang Prabang, where dozens of saffron-robed monks and novices silently walk through the streets and alleys of the old town.
