Lamima

Comparable to a floating five-star villa, Lamima is the largest wooden sailing yacht ever built.

Overview

Launched in 2014 as the largest wooden sailing yacht ever built, the 213-ft Lamima combines time-honored Indonesian phinisi-boat beauty with the latest concepts in modern yacht design and technology. Every detail about Lamima was meticulously considered to provide supreme luxury, comfort and five-star facilities, safety and service for the ultimate chartered superyacht experience.

Cabins

Lamima can comfortably sleep up to 14 guests in seven sumptuous cabins, which blend contemporary elements with touches of Indonesian tradition. The huge master cabin measures 646 square feet and sits above-deck offering jaw-dropping views of the passing tropical landscapes. The six Lower Deck cabins are configured as four doubles and two twins.

Each cabin has its own luxurious en-suite bathroom, comfy seating, and ample storage for your personal belongings. Subtly integrated lighting plays an important role in the ambiance while portholes provide natural light and enticing views of the exotic world outside. Internet service is available in every cabin as well as HD TV, iPod docking stations, and an extensive movie library allowing you to unwind in your private domain.

Life On Board

Lamima is comparable to a floating five-star villa with inviting spaces that seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living. On the Main Deck is a salon comprising a bar and lounge as well as a vast dining table that comfortably seats 14 people. The seats and the dining table can convert to large sun pads to make full use of this shaded area.

There is also an alfresco dining area, a shaded lounge, an intimate nook at the bowsprit, and an upper deck furnished with sun loungers and enhanced by panoramic sea views all around. At the stern is a relaxation area where you can indulge in massages and beauty treatments in the expert hands of the boat’s qualified Pijat therapists. Each morning you can participate in a sunrise yoga session before breakfast.

Dining

Lamima’s Indonesian gourmet chefs take great pride in sourcing the freshest ingredients from high-quality Indonesian suppliers, local markets, and fishermen. The team creates topnotch Asian and European meals to delight your palate.

Activities

The 20 crew members aboard Lamima have years of experience of working on yachts, cruise ships and in the hotel, spa and hospitality industries, so you can be sure that your every need will be met with warmth and professionalism. During your Lamima Yacht Charter, you can get out and play in the water with the on-board snorkeling gear, waterskis, kayaks and stand-up paddle boards.

You can scuba dive − and even get your PADI certification − with the ship’s two PADI dive guides; a nitrox compressor is available and additional dive guides/masters can be arranged to accommodate specific needs. You can also enjoy excursions to deserted beaches, jungle-clad islands and local villages.

Perfect for extended families and groups of friends, Lamima cruises to awe-inspiring destinations in the Indonesian archipelago including Flores with its pink sand beaches and three-colored volcanic lakes, and the Komodo National Park − the only place on Earth where Komodo dragons reside in the wild.
